Remember John Kerry's quote that Republicans never forgot. It appears the Republicans had their kangaroo moment when it came to Obama's Libya War. In case you missed it yesterday, the House Republicans voted against continuing Obama's war in Libya and then turned around and voted against de-funding the war.
