Las Vegas - An Arab-American girl's 24-year-old beat 50 other girls for the title of U.S. beauty queen, Miss USA 2010, Sunday (16 / 5), although he nearly fell in the evening gown fashion show.

Rima Fakih of Dearborn, Michigan, won the beauty pageant at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas after berlenggak-swing with confidence in an orange bikini and gold.
