Congressman Billy Long has gone out of his way to avoid the tough questions of his constituents. Earlier this year, Long said he will not host town hall meetings in person because the tele town hall is a more efficient way to reach constituents. It's called the Twitter Town Hall, and considering you can't do anything over 140 characters, Long is wondering why he didn't first come up with the idea.
