Amy Winehouse Dead: Kelly Osbourne Begged her to Get to Rehab

Chalk up another lost soul in the entertainment world gone to stupidity leaving a lackluster resume for the world to admire in death asking what if. Amy Winehouse is dead, troubled in life, probably mixing bought cocaine, heroin, ecstasy and ketamine to assume room temperature. Friend Kelly Osbourne begged her to get help. How many times is this story going to be written? Do we even care anymore?

For those older, the story is cliche, but for the current generation, they are in desperate need of events that define their generation as important. Sad really, because the current generation of music is souless, all based on materialism and commercialism, almost always centering on sex these days.

For some strange reason, this troubled soul will be looked upon for guidance like so many others that come before her with words "deep" and she "got it." All as a lightweight catalog of songs will be remembered as something significant, that ordinarily would be soon forgotten about.

This is the truth about the death of Winehouse. Call it cynical, but it is a story that now has become cliche in the pop music world.

Take your pick, discovering Bono is a hypocritical fraud acquiring great masses of wealth or another gone before their time. Music is really in a sad state. Talk today will be of her legacy. I guess we should be glad at this point it wasn't Lady Gaga. The very thought of her legacy in a music world that once created true genius makes me throw up in my mouth.
