Is John Dollarhite Going to Fight the USDA and Decline the Settlement Offer: USDA Bunny Rabbit Tyranny

It appears the John Dollarhite has chosen not to accept the USDA's settlement offer. Mr. Dollarhite is the rabbit enthusiast who tried to teach his young son responsibility with pat rabbits. After selling $200 worth of rabbits in profit, the USDA came down hard on Mr. Dollarhite because he did not have his federal bunny rabbit license.

The USDA agreed to settle with Dollarhites, but in doing so they raise questions about their own jurisdiction while further infringing upon the rights of the Dollarhites. It appears Mr. Dollarhite doesn't want to sacrifice further rights to appease the USDA thugs trampling all over liberty with their own radical animal rights agenda that has until recently gone under the radar.

Dollarhite responded to a story I posted earlier today for followers at his Facebook USDA bunny tyranny Facebook page after Vermont Representative Peter Welch (D) office contacted a concerned constituent about what happened with the Dollarhites:

So even he states that was the USDA's agreement, if we stopped selling, which is what we did 16 or more months ago, the USDA would drop the fine. We held up our end, but the "settlement agreement" we got after the inspection to determine we had no rabbits whatsoever, is further reaching than that and they have added further stipulations, which we aren't going to accept! I wonder if he's seen that settlement agreement. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing..........what else is new............
