John Dollarhite Counters the USDA's Settlement Offer

John Dollarhite and his attorney sent a counter offer to the USDA today. Dollarhite wasn't happy with the terms of the settlement the USDA offered saying he is forced to give up to many of his rights in order to reach an agreement with the USDA.

Dollarhite faces up to $3.9 million in fines for selling rabbits totaling $200 in profit to the petting zoo at Silver Dollar City. The USDA charged Dollarhite with not having a federal bunny rabbit license. Since breaking the story in May, the story went viral even attracting the attention of the Rush Limbaugh show.

Here's the USDA's settlement offer to John Dollarhite:

As you can see, the USDA asks John Dollarhite to grant them jurisdiction and give up the farm all to escape their tyranny that is anti-constitutional when you consider Dollarhite wasn't engaged in interstate commerce.
