John Dollarhite Fights for the Constitution and Earns His Patriot Stripes in Fight Against USDA

John Dollarhite refuses to surrender his Constitutional rights to a USDA that is so unsure of their jurisdiction in the case of a few rabbits, they actually ask Dollarhite for jurisdiction over the matter. To bring new readers up on the story, the USDA has threatened Dollarhite with a fine up to $3.9 million because he sold $200 in profits in rabbits to a petting zoo at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri.

Last month, the Dollarhites received the following letter signed by Sarah Conant, a racial left wing animal rights activist that has moved her agenda to the USDA, offering a settlement in which the Dollarhites surrender their rights and agree not to raise any other animal, not just rabbits.

On Facebook, Dollarhite stated he will use a Constitutional attorney to fight the USDA, and will not bow down to the federal overlords demanding he surrender his rights.

Our Attorney has finished a letter to the USDA with some input from Dave Rolland @ The Freedom Center of MO. We drove 380 miles round trip to KC, MO to meet with an Administrative Law Attorney for 2 hrs today. Glenn said to send the letter & if the USDA did not drop it that he would take it. Glenn said there are 4 major problems with USDA's actions. Let's hope this letter concludes the issue & they adhere to what their last letter stated: no rabbits/cages,= no fine & they drop it......that hasn't happened yet. We held up our end, they need to do the same.
