If the federal government was responsible with the money YOU paid into Social Security and put it in a lock box, we wouldn't be having this conversation. Since they didn't, the head of the federal government Barack Obama is trying to scare the nation's seniors into thinking the Republicans are the bad guys once again and you can blame them for you not getting a Social Security check on August 3.
I comments today, the dictator and chief said, ""I cannot guarantee that those checks go out on August 3rd if we haven't resolved this issue. Because there may simply not be the money in the coffers to do it."
Thus setting the stage in hopes of turning the baby boomers and those older into turning against the Republicans. Yes, Obama is going to try to scare Americans into supporting this country into more debt.
