Ohio Begins Its Fight Against Obamacare's Mandate that Forces You to Buy Coverage

The state of Ohio is pushing legislation in its state house that will give the people of Ohio a voice in Obamacare. Citing the 10th Amendment and the state's rights it grants for the Buckeye State, the Ohio Senate will vote later this week on a bill that prohibit the federal government from forcing Ohioians from participating in the Obamacare mandate, which forces you to purchase healthcare.

The resolution would put an initiative on the ballot in November for Ohioians to vote on whether or not the state wants to comply with Obama's health care mandate.

Missouri was the first state to fight the mandate, and such a measure overwhelmingly passed last year.
