USDA Gives John Dollarhite a Deadline to Surrender His Constitutional Rights in Rabbit Case

The USDA, led by radical animal rights activists like Sarah Conant, have given John Dollarhite a deadline in which to surrender his Constitutional rights. After a huge fight against the USDA that gained national attention, which the story was broken on this Web site, reaching as high as the Rush Limbaugh show, the USDA decided it would back down. However, the terms of their surrender requires Mr. Dollarhite surrender his Constitutional rights.

This you can clearly see in the letter sent to Mr. Dollarhite earlier this summer.

John Dollarhite USDA Settlement Offer

What makes this strange, is the USDA is asking Dollarhite to grant them jurisdiction in this matter. If they don't have jurisdiction, then you can understand Mr. Dollarhite's hesitation for any agreement that allows the heavy hand of unconstitutional government to come down upon him.

In a statement on Facebook today, Mr. Dollarhite notes, "we have been requested to respond to the USDA by 7-29-2011. Our Attorney still has not prepared a letter to send back to them. I need an aggressive administrative law attorney. I can only find 3 firms in MO. I left messages for all 3 to give me a call. I will advise, thanks everyone for your support."

If Mr. Dollarhite agrees to the USDA terms, he will not be allowed to raise any kind of animal in the future, which is overextending the powers of the federal government. After all, the only charge placed upon him was not purchasing his federal bunny rabbit license.
