Boots on the Ground, Hands in the Pocket, and a Hard Hat Part Duex

You may remember Busplunge's look at Billy in action in Joplin titled "Boots on the Ground, Hands in the Pocket. No Disrespect Intended Congressman Long."

Well here's Part Duex (spelled Billy's way as, Congressman Long returns to Joplin during Congressional recess). This time Billy trades in the cowboy hat for a working man's hat.
