Senator Mike Lee Calls Obama and Timothy Geithner Out on 14th Amendment and Debt Ceiling

Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) does a great job explaining why Timothy Geithner has not Constitutional authority to continue spending in order to avoid default without the approval of Congress. Last week the Obama administration began invoking the 14th Amendment as a way to bypass the debt ceiling vote in order to keep spending.
