Billy Long Tough on Obama During Debt Ceiling Debate on House Floor

Billy Long called Obama's direction with spending as reckless as he gave a five-minute speech today on the House floor. Long gave a brief history of spending in American, noting the lack of restraint, while showing exactly how much spending has been overseen by the Obama administration in the last two years. Tough words by Congressman Long that should be applauded. (Will try to post the video later today, providing C-Span posts it to YouTube.)

It would be nice if Congressman Long would live up to his fed up rhetoric and stop funding frivolous law suits against the United States government for the tune of $1.25 billion, funding of projects like federal sponsorship of NASCAR team, and of course growing government at the Department of Homeland Security.

As Congressman Long breaks down the $14.3 trillion on the House floor in his speech today, he needs to know his decisions to spend money like he has also contributes to us driving dangerously faster towards the cliff.
