Lily Allen proudly showed hers off on television, Mark Wahlberg's famous for his and just last week, Zac Efron was forced to deny he has two.

But a 22-year-old woman has trumped them all - by growing a full-sized extra nipple on the sole of her foot.

Although one in 50 women and one in 100 men have extra nipples, according to the California-based Dermatology Journal it's the first time one has ever been discovered so far down somebody's body.

The woman told doctors she had had the unusual growth - which is almost two inches wide - all her life, and it had never caused her any pain.

Between one and five per cent of the population have the condition, known as supernumerary breast tissue.

Fully-formed: The 22-year-old woman told doctors she has had the nipple all her life. It measures almost two inches across, and doesn't cause her any pain

Although most of the time extra nipples are found along the milk lines, which run from the genitals to the armpits, they have been discovered on the back, thigh or even the face - but never the feet.

Mark Wahlberg has a third nipple just below his left one. The former Calvin Klein model considered having it removed but then changed his mind, calling it his most 'prized possession'.

Something in common: But while Mark Wahlberg, right, is proud of his third nipple, Zac Efron has denied claims he has two extra ones on his chest

How to Overcome Insomnia

If the room is dark and various relaxation techniques also can not help to shut your eyes, begin to cool your head.

Dr.Daniel Buysse, psychiatrist from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine says people who suffer from insomnia usually have excessive activity in the frontal lobe of the brain. This lobe is the part that regulates activities such as speaking, abstract thinking, as well as motion controlled by the will.

People who suffer from insomnia said they had trouble sleeping because their brains continue to work and the process is difficult to stop. Buysse suspect excessive activity in the brain that will increase the temperature of the brain that disrupt the sleep process.

As is known the body's circadian system that regulates sleep and wakefulness, creating a warm body temperature during the day and continue to decrease the temperature at night so that helped come sleepiness. Experts found that people with insomnia have a brain temperature is too hot to sleep.

In fact, melatonin, a hormone that helps us sleep and is widely used to treat insomnia, newly released by the body when the body temperature low.

In his research, Buysse tried to give a head covering which contains cold water temperature to 12 insomniacs. The result, they are fast asleep as well as people who do not suffer from insomnia. When wearing a head covering is the insomniacs took 13 minutes to fall asleep compared with a normal person who takes 16 minutes. Moreover, the insomniacs were also spending 89 percent of his time in bed to fall asleep.

Buysse research results were presented in the annual meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS).

Experts said the method is the use of headgear can be an alternative for people with insomnia, especially for those who are uncomfortable with drugs or who do not succeed with a strategy that has been done. At home, you might be able to do so by compressing the head with ice water.

'Every day I am taunted by strangers': Woman with world's largest natural breasts on bullying she has suffered since childhood

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Bullied: Annie Hawkins-Turner, who has the world's largest natural breasts, told UK TV show This Morning of the cruel taunts she has suffered since childhood

The rising number of breast augmentations may indicate that many women want bigger chests. But for Annie Hawkins-Turner, having large breasts has caused untold suffering.

The 52-year-old, from Atlanta, Georgia, who has the world's largest natural breasts according to the Guinness Book of World Records, has revealed in an interview today how she has been bullied since childhood.

Speaking to UK breakfast show This Morning, she admitted that she is taunted daily by strangers.

She told hosts Phillip Schofield and Jenni Falconer: 'When I go out of my house I have to think about what my day is going to be like and who is going to attack me today.

Uncomfortable: The mother-of-two would be a 102ZZZ in regular bra sizing

'I'm just blessed in different ways than other people. It affects my son very badly because people stare.'

Ms Hawkins-Turner, who today makes a living as a glamour model under the pseudonym Norma Stitz, said that the bullying over her chest size began when she got her first bra at the age of ten.

'I don't know what size I was. I was just big,' she recalled. 'The only thing I remember about those bras is they were cotton and they stuck out just like footballs and that's when I knew I was different.

'Kids are some of the worst people in the world when it comes to picking on people. I was teased a lot.'

The mother-of-two says the size of her chest means that she struggles to perform everyday tasks, such as driving a car.

Daily struggle: Ms Hawkins-Turner's breasts hinder her ability to complete everyday tasks, such as driving a car

She admitted she was devastated to learn that she couldn't even breastfeed when her children were born, because the size of her chest meant there was no comfortable way to place the baby against her chest.

Ms Hawkins-Turner also discussed her late husband of 13 years, Alan, who died six years ago.

'He turned my whole life around,' she said of the retired Air Force officer.

'He treated me like a queen. He loved me and he loved my kids. He was my angel, it wasn't just sexual.'

Ms Hawkins-Turner's chest weighs eight stone, and in terms of conventional bras, would require a size 102ZZZ.

But, she says, she will never get breast reduction surgery.

She explained: 'Every time I get a new doctor they offer me surgery but I don't need surgery.

'I've got a strong back and have never had back ache. I've had therapy on how to hold myself so I won't hurt myself.'

How to tame your tum: Is yours a spare tyre or a stress bulge? Finding out your tummy type is the key to getting a perfect midriff

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Get a flat stomach: First you need to identify your tunny type

For many women, getting bikini ready means tackling one dreaded area in particular — our tummies.

Most of us still think the best way to achieve a washboard stomach is by doing hundreds of sit-ups. Not so, says A-list trainer and body guru James Duigan.

James, who sculpts supermodels Elle Macpherson and Rosie Huntingdon-Whiteley among others, insists there is no ‘one size fits all’ method for getting a flat belly.

Instead, he’s identified five key ‘tummy types’, all of which require a different approach to achieve successful toning.

Once you’ve identified your type, you can transform it following James’ tailor-made plan and get that flat tummy fast.

THE SPARE TYRE TUMMY
The spare tyre: This is one of the easiest tummy troubles to eliminate because it's caused by eating the wrong foods and not exercising enough

HOW TO IDENTIFY THIS TYPE
These people are likely to lead sedentary lives, perhaps with jobs that keep them desk-bound. They may also have an emotional attachment to sugary foods.
Luckily, this ‘spare tyre’ is one of the easiest tummy troubles to eliminate as, according to James, it’s caused by eating the wrong foods and not exercising enough.

TYPICAL BAD HABITS
‘If you exercise very little, eat lots of sugar and refined carbohydrates in products like biscuits, cakes and white bread, or rely on starchy carbs like pasta and rice, you probably have an overweight tummy with accompanying fat on your legs and hips,’ says James.

THE STRESS TUMMY
Stress tummy: These types are typically over-achievers with perfectionist personalities

HOW TO IDENTIFY THIS TYPE
Stressed-tummy types are typically over-achievers with perfectionist personalities. They are usually also susceptible to digestive conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which can cause bloating and make their tummies look far worse.
‘Stress tummies are easy to spot, as the weight is specific to the front of the midriff and the umbilical area,’ explains James. ‘When stressed, we produce cortisol, a hormone which encourages the body to cling on to fat around the stomach.’
Stressed tummies will also be fairly hard to the touch, rather than wobbly.

TYPICAL BAD HABITS
It’s likely you skip meals, abuse your adrenal system with too much caffeine and grab junk food for convenience.

THE LITTLE POOCH
The little pooch: These women are likely to be busy mums or have demanding careers - hey may even be a gym junkie

HOW TO IDENTIFY THIS TYPE
These women are likely to be busy mums or have demanding careers. ‘They may even be a gym junkie, but stuck in a workout-and-diet rut, perhaps always eating the same foods and doing the same routine at the gym, which keeps you slim but leaves you with a lower belly that spoils your silhouette,’ says James.

TYPICAL BAD HABITS
‘Doing excessive crunches and using gimmicky gym items such as ab-rollers can place a strain on the hip flexors and the lower back, causing the tummy muscles to protrude so your belly sticks out,’ says James.

THE MUMMY TUMMY
The Mummy tummy: Women with these bellies have usually given birth in the past few years, and, being a typical mum, have little time for themselves

HOW TO IDENTIFY THIS TYPE
Women with these tummies have usually given birth in the past few years, and, being a typical mum, have little time for themselves. ‘After giving birth, the uterus drops and is much heavier than it was pre-pregnancy,’ says James. ‘It takes at least six weeks to return to its usual size, so don’t even think about trying to get a flat stomach until after then.

‘You need to re-train your pelvic floor and lower abs to increase blood flow and strengthen loose muscles.’

TYPICAL BAD HABITS
Rushing back to exercise too quickly. ‘I would suggest waiting around two to three months,’ says James. ‘Being stressed about getting rid of your baby weight will only make you cling onto it more. Give yourself a break!’

THE BLOATED TUMMY
Bloated tummies: These are often flat in the morning, but swell throughout the day with gas or indigestion

HOW TO IDENTIFY THIS TYPE
Bloated tummies are often flat in the morning, but swell throughout the day with gas or indigestion. Bloating affects both slim and overweight women. It is almost always caused by food intolerances and allergies, or sluggish bowels as a result of a poor diet.

TYPICAL BAD HABITS
You eat the same foods and may have done so for a lifetime without realising you’re intolerant to them.

For Bea, what a difference three years makes as self-conscious teen is transformed into glam princess

By FAY SCHLESINGER

What a difference: Princess Beatrice shows off her glamorous frame which is the result of a strict fitness regime after an unflattering photo of her in a bikini was published in 2008

Growing up in spotlight is never easy.

But these days Princess Beatrice cuts a much more confident figure.

The 22-year-old student showed off the full extent of her stunning weight loss this weekend, as she holidayed with her long-term boyfriend Dave Clark on a £400,000-a-week super-yacht in the South of France.

Yippee! Beatrice leaps into the air on the end of this trapeze before plunging into the Mediterranean

As she sunned herself off the coast of Antibes, Beatrice’s black strapless swim suit displayed her slender frame to perfection.

And while the frills across her chest and hips highlighted the curves inherited from her mother the Duchess of York, the Queen’s granddaughter showed that she has kept up the regime developed with her personal fitness instructor in the lead-up to last year’s London Marathon.

Can't take my eyes off you: Dave Clark smiles as his girlfriend Beatrice leaves the water in Antibes, Southern France

Her toned appearance on Sunday was a far cry from pictures of the princess in a tight blue bikini in the Caribbean in 2008, which spurred her into vowing to shed her puppy fat.

Beatrice told the Daily Mail at the time: ‘It was such an unflattering bikini and I've got one that's so much nicer, so I could have kicked myself for wearing it.

Making a splash: Dave Clark leaps into the sea from a jetty where the yacht was moored in the Mediterranean

Slimline: The Princess's one-piece swimsuit perfectly showed off her frame with the frills helping to highlight the curves she has inherited from her mother

Surf's up! Beatrice and Dave also had fun on a pair of jet-skis

'I thought people were a bit mean, although I know it comes with the territory. The trouble is, I don't have much confidence so it can be quite upsetting. I could probably do with losing the odd pound though, so perhaps it is the kick I need.'

But this weekend the royal’s self-assurance was palpable as she changed into a bikini and let down her auburn locks.

Watched by admiring friends on the 195ft German-built Oasis yacht where she and 29-year-old Mr Clark are thought to have stayed as guests, Beatrice leapt into the air on the end of a trapeze before plunging into the Mediterranean.

An equally svelte Mr Clark, a millionaire’s son who works for Virgin tycoon Sir Richard Branson, executed an impressive back-flip from the boat’s second deck.

The six-berth yacht comes with a crew of 15 and a gym that transforms into a private nightclub. According to online advertisements, it can be chartered for between £285,000 and £418,000 a week.

Testing the water: Beatrice dips her toes into the Mediterranean before taking a dip with her boyfriend

That's enough: Following her swim the Princess returns to the boat - which houses a gym that transforms into a private nightclub

Luxury on the waves: The Princess and her boyfriend are staying on a £400,000-a-week yacht

Beatrice, who has faced a similar battle with yo-yoing weight as Sarah Ferguson, has previously put her transformation down to trainer Nadya Fairweather, whose help she enlisted in the lead-up to the London Marathon.

She is also understood to have embarked on a diet that centres on eating fresh fruit and drinking plenty of water.

Beatrice and her boyfriend have been dating for five years since meeting at a birthday party for Sean Brosnan, youngest son of James Bond actor Pierce, in 2006.

The fifth in line to the throne has just finished a three-year course in history and history of ideas at Goldsmiths College in South London.

Rather than becoming a full-time royal, she is expected to get a job once she has graduated, possibly in the field of art, fashion or charity work.

Hoping for a fitness DVD deal? Josie Gibson shows off her curves on the beach

By ANDREA MAGRATH

Sunshine holiday: Josie Gibson parades on the beach in Marbella in a red bikini

She proudly posed for pictures in a bikini after losing three stone in January.

And while it appears as though Josie Gibson has gained back the weight, it hasn't stopped her proudly parading on the beach in a bikini.

The Big Brother winner wore a skimpy red two-piece during a hen's weekend in Marbella, Spain.

The 26-year-old looked like she is well and truly over her split from John James Parton, laughing and smiling in the sunshine.

Later Josie tucked in to a big lunch at a cafe with a friend, enjoying a large beer to wash it down.

The Bristol blonde announced in late March that she and her former Big Brother housemate had parted ways.

Baywatch moment: The Big Brother winner jogged along the shoreline in another red swimsuit

Chilling out: After her run on the beach, Gibson sat down in the sand

Speaking to Now magazine, she revealed that the Australian taunted her about her weight.

'He put me through so many mind games. He used to go on about my weight all the time,' she said. 'He would take the p**s out of my looks and make me feel ugly. He used to tell me I was thick.

'I can only be myself and I can't always be everyone's cup of tea.

'I think I'm a bit like Marmite, really. People either love me or f****** hate me.

If people like me, they like me; if they don't - they can f*** off!'

Appetite: Josie tucked in to a large lunch by the seaside, with a beer to wash it down

Now and then: Josie appears to have re-gained some of the three stone she lost earlier this year

In January Josie dropped from from 16st 7lbs to 13st 7lbs.

At the time she credited her weight-loss to eating healthily and exercising between three and four times a week.

A friend told Mail Online that she had re-gained some pounds in recent months, and rather than desperately trying to lose the weight fast, Josie is embracing her size 16 figure and designing a plus-size clothing range for Curvissa.

How Dangers Mercury For Body?

MERCURY is the chemical form of silver-colored liquid metal. Mercury have toxic properties which can not be destroyed and can be transported with much in the atmosphere.
In everyday life, mercury found in compact fluorescent lighting, health equipment such as thermometers and blood pressure monitor gauges, cosmetics, and small-scale gold mining.
Number of uses of mercury in human life is not balanced by a fairly high risk in its use.

Elements of mercury has a relatively short residence time in the human body, but the methyl compounds contained in it could settle in the human body 10 times longer.
If the mercury consumed or absorbed in the human body, the danger is large enough. Symptoms such as non-functioning of the brain, kidneys, tremors, anxiety or nervousness, insomnia, impaired lung function, slow the growth of the fetus, to liver damage at birth.
Cosmetics containing mercury also contain hazards that are not less great. Black spots appear, the skin becomes dark and dull when the use of cosmetics is stopped, it can even cause skin cancer.
To prevent the danger of mercury in the body, there are several actions that you can apply.
1. If you break the thermometer and the mercury in it spilled, do not touch directly by hand.
2. Dispose of broken mercury thermometers and luberan to separate and secure place. Do not dibuan into public landfills, especially into waterways. Water from these drains will lead to the sea and can be ingested by fish which later consumed by humans.
3. Use a digital thermometer to reduce the dangers of mercury. If the thermometer breaks, there will be no mercury that comes out.

Found Antibodies Able to Fight HIV Virus

Latest Research that was held the University of Melbourne managed to uncover immunity against HIV. They then develop a vaccine to build up antibodies against the virus.

By analyzing the role of human antibodies called ADCC in HIV patients, researchers were able to identify the involvement of the virus with antibodies.

Professor Stephen Kent and one of his colleagues said, "ADCC antibodies have strong implications in protection against HIV in several vaccine trials, but their role is not understood with certainty."

"These results show the HIV virus is very easy to move, but it proved too ADCC antibodies capable of preventing the virus to grow more quickly and make it weak," said Kent.

It also seems, a good ADCC antibodies could really be used to fight the infection through vaccine and stop it. The results of this study was published in May 2011 issue of the journal PNAS.

Once clean and dry, use a deodorant or antiperspirant on your armpits. Deodorant does not prevent sweat, they mask the smell of bacteria on the skin. Meanwhile, antiperspirants containing aluminum chloride, a chemical that reduces perspiration. Today was a lot of deodorant and antiperspirant products are proven effective in preventing the arrival of body odor. Use twice daily, morning and afternoon.

5. Keep your clothes clean
Frequently easily change clothes when you sweat. Fresh clothes to help keep body odor. Do not forget to change socks, especially if you tend to have smelly feet. Use deodorant powder in your shoes and take frequent barefoot whenever possible.

6. Keep your diet
What you eat affects your body odor. In one study, for example, researchers from the Czech Republic tested the effect of red meat consumption on body odor of more than 17 men. The results showed those who rarely eat red meat have more body odor 'friendly'.

Foods that tend to make you sweat more like chili or spicy foods can also cause body odor. The smell of foods such as onions or garlic can also affect the sweat and body odor.

A Cure For AIDS?

It sounds unbelievable, but a HIV positive person has claimed to be cured of the deadly virus. Timothy Ray Brown, also known as the "Berlin Patient" is believed by doctors to be cured after a stem-cell transplant as part of an aggressive chemotherapy program. According to The Huffington Post:

"Timothy Ray Brown, also known as the "Berlin Patient," received the transplant in 2007 as part of a lengthy treatment course for leukemia. His doctors recently published a report in the journal Blood affirming that the results of extensive testing "strongly suggest that cure of HIV infection has been achieved."
Brown's case paves a path for constructing a permanent cure for HIV through genetically-engineered stem cells."

While it's understandable that most people living with HIV would opt out of such an aggressive, potentially deadly form of treatment, this is an incredible breakthrough. Watch a CNN report below:

World AIDS Day

Today is World AIDS Day, a day where people around the world come together to raise awareness about the devestation caused by the global AIDS epidemic. While I know of no close friends or family that suffer from the disease, I believe it's still important for all of us to know our status and encourage others to get tested, especially in the black community, where 1 in 22 people are expected to contract the disease in their lifetime, according to the CDC.

Prevention can not only save lives, but money as well. Goodbye Dry Skin

Hot and dry weather is one of the causes of dry skin, even to make the skin hurt. However, not only are the dry air causes dry skin and cracked. There are other things more. What's that?

Bath with hot water
Our skin produces oil layer at the top for protection. When one bath too long or exposed to hot water for too long, this protective oil is slowly but surely be eroded. No wonder after a long bath, your skin feels tight and dry. You can do is to not choose bath. So that no dry skin, try to shower quickly and avoid using hot water, cold water should not, but the water should be lukewarm. After the bath tap-tap enough towels in the body, do not rub-rub. Immediately apply moisturizer.

One soap
One cause of dry skin is soap. Soap can quickly and easily stripped off layers of oil on your skin. Without realizing it, we often rub the body vigorously with soap and harsh, when in fact our bodies are not too dirty or sweaty.

One of the dilemmas of soap is small since we are required to wash hands frequently to avoid germs. Meanwhile, washing hands can make the skin become more dry, and for certain cases, wounds and bleeding and cause infection. Rough feeling on the skin after a bath is really dry skin upholstery has eroded oil.

Therefore, it is advisable to choose fragrance-free soap (fragrance-free). But avoid also labeled "unscented" because it still contains a bit of perfume. For those who have very dry skin, the safest option is to choose a gentle cleanser. If there is no buildup of dead skin thickening, such as calluses, you should limit your skin clean using a bath sponge or brush that can injure the skin.

Itchy clothing
Some types of clothing can make the skin itch, for example a shaggy sweater or wool. When you first try it was itching, then maybe the future will continue to make the skin itch. Because it should never wear again. Dry skin will become irritated when in contact with material like this. Leaving your skin exposed to the material uncomfortable clothes will only make your skin more dry and itchy. Avoid fabrics that can be itchy or too tight, because the seams can rub against your skin.

In addition to these things, drugs can make skin dry. Some of them; medication for high blood pressure, such as diuretics, or allergy medications, like antihistamines, and drugs to the skin, such as the acne drug, for example retinoids.

Medical condition
Generally, dry skin caused by external factors. But sometimes, dry skin can be a sign things are not healthy on the inside of the body, whether physical or natural conditions of a disease. For example, dry skin often occurs when a person gets older, particularly women, is caused by changes in hormone levels. As many as 75 percent of people aged over 64 years have dry skin. While some people again, regardless of age, have a tendency to be genetically dry skin.
